Good location is the USP, rooms are ok. Breakfast is good and has variety. Had a comfortable stay with family here recently. Outdoor pool is a major attraction for the kids. Property is a bit antiquated. A good affordable option for families at Pigeon Forge and in very close proximity to the major attractions

We were disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The pictures made it look much newer. The staff is amazing though. Super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Our main complaint was nouse from the street at night(we were traveling with a toddler) and the outdoor pool , which we had planned to use alot for said toddler wasn't heated. It was way too cold to even think about useing.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was big and the beds was comfortable and very clean. They served breakfast every morning and they had anything you wanted to eat. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was 2 pools and the kids loved them.

The smell of weed really got my kids upset, was all the time. Couldnt go outside because of it other than to leave. Parents in pool where not watching kids couldnt enjoy that with our daughter

Very disappointed. Gentleman at checkin was very nice BUT lots of disappointments in the room. First of all very outdated & needs renovating. Our room had a shared door with room next door that was very unsecured. It had a cheap sliding lock & a swing bar door guard. The people next door hit it & the the swing bar moved. We could hear them arguing & talking half the night. As 2 women traveling with a small child we felt very unsafe. When checking the beds for bed bugs there was what appeared to be a white substance or powder in the seams of the mattresses. My opinion the beds were too high for elderly & small children. Also they were very hard. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well. I tried to call Expedia & didn’t get an answer at the number listed on my confirmation email.

Pet friendly hotel off Main Street but still in middle of downtown pigeon Forge, within walking distance of main attractions. My room was clean, beds comfortable (on the soft side rather than firm) fridge and microwave available. Tv was a little strange but we barely used it. Breakfast bar was very nice, definitely filled you up for the day and something for everyone, kid friendly. We did not use pool but there was outside and inside pools. Would definitely stay again

The place was horrible. The indoor pool was dirty could not go swimming in it. There was NO maid service. We had to get our own towels from the office. Had to take the trash out of our rooms. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds were so hard that we would be better off sleeping in the parking lot. We asked about cleaning the inside pool so our little ones could go swimming but there was no one to clean it. Worse experience ever in a hotel in Pigeon Forge
