Clarion Inn Near Island Drive

The staff was very friendly and explained everything as this was our first time staying here. The room was very clean and my kids loved the different lighting features on the wall/floor level. The free breakfast is amazing. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, eggs, waffles, muffins, cereal, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Loved the little balcony off the room! Would stay here again!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Slept like a baby! Loved the layout of the room and the decor. Staff is excellent! Location is great! I will make this my go-to place to stay!!

It was easy check in and parking. Nice breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice and relaxing when we needed a break from the sun. The kids seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool with the water slide. There was also a hot tub outside. The room was nice with a comfortable bed with a private balcony which was awesome.

The manager and staff treated us just like family. We had vehicle issues when getting ready to leave. The manager , his maintenance men and the staff went above and beyond to help us out . We are very grateful and thankful that we stayed here and definitely will be staying here again.

Everything was clean! The staff at the front desk was super awesome. The location was great. You were close enough to walk to everything, but back enough you didn't hear the traffic along the main stretch. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

From checking in to checking out, all the staff we encountered weren’t just professional, they were kind, welcoming and genuine. The pool area was small but nice and plenty for our kids. The rooms were spacious and clean as well. This definitely wasn’t what I expected from a 2.5 star hotel.

Under construction. We picked hotel for pool and upon check in they said pool was closed. Smelled like wet paint everywhere. Got to our room and I opened the door up to see bare feet and legs and the tv on. Quickly realized that the room was occupied and shut the door. Stranded then in the hall by myself wrangling my kids and now my toddler was screaming and crying. All of our stuff then fell off the cart because I was trying to get off the floor and back to the elevator. Needless to say we left as quickly as we could and they gave us a refund. Out of the million times we have stayed in a room at a hotel I’ve never witnessed the craziness and I organization of a hotel like this. Unreal to walk in and see people in their beds watching tv. Imagine being on the other side and they see me with 2 little kids coming into their room!

I love the location of this property and have stayed here several times. This visit there was remodeling and construction going on all over the property but luckily we didn't hear any of the noise in our room and our room was quite comfortable. They didn't have some of the breakfast options available such as the waffle maker due to limited space in the dining area with remodeling going on and kids always look forward to the waffles so they were disappointed not to have them during our stay but there was still decent choices. The construction made it a little awkward but all in all we still enjoyed our stay and we will stay again.

Stayed here for four nights and now family and I are suffering with horrible bed bug bites, and praying we didn't bring them home with us. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor. First, the floors were not vacuumed and overall cleanliness was not the best. Then there was an ant problem in one of our rooms. The pool didn't seem very clean either and the outdoor spa wasn't working. Front desk was not friendly at all and even sighed when I asked for additional blankets.

Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool was heated. All workers were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that both hot tubs were dirty especially the outside hot tub. Had leaves and orher debris in them when me and my family went down to use. The rest of the stay went great.
