We were close to Pigeon Forge after visiting my new grand baby. We drove up and went in to see if anything was available, it was. We got a bottom floor room, very roomy and very clean. We were really happy about this.

Property has large customer rental and it lookes that they could use a complet exterior and interior make over. Rooms were clean but very distressed. linnens old (pillow was a childs size). our room was behide laundry room. Our unit ADC very, very noisey. I was told first come first serve. I could go into much deeper discription but I will pass. staff was great! Oh ! it would be great if they would offer a varity at breakfast in lieu of every day sausage and scrambled egg. Waffels would have be nice. Thank you for allowing me to vent. I would come back (maybe). Again Thak you.

We had a great stay recently. Older hotel, which is absolutely fine, I felt that the maintenance on the property was kept up with. The beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was great for my little ones. If I could think of one negative it would be the complimentary breakfast, there was hardly any options. White bread, stale biscuits and dry cereal…that was about it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and very clean. I think you get a lot of bang for your buck. The only thing I think could be improved a bit is the breakfast. The eggs and sausage and biscuits with gravy were good, but my kids were hoping for pancakes (they think every hotel is supposed to have a waffle maker). Also the layout in the breakfast area could be improved a bit. Not complaining though.

Everything was amazing. They were so kind and made it so easy to have our family meet up with us later and had no problems with them for parking. Would definitely go back.

We thought the property was in a great location! It was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable and a great hotel for families! The indoor pool was in a central location and very convenient. The breakfast was pretty good, very basic but good options to choose from.

The room was pretty good, other than the toilet rocked a bit when you set down. The gripe I had was the pool. It was way overcrowded and everyone was very much rude and rough housing. We had kids jumping in over top of our heads and kept splashing our faces full of water. Not an occasional accidental splash, they were having a splash fight with everyone in the pool even if u hunkered in the corner you wasnt safe. No supervision was going on at all for over half the kids in the pool. It got to the point that i had to put out my elbows to keep from getting ran into. I actually only stayed at this place for the pool. There was another place for 30 bucks cheaper that I would have rather stayed at if I would have known how rowdy this place was.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking. Very clean overall. Pool and hot tub also kids pool was very nice.
