Great stay- it was a friends & family trip, and the location is wonderful! Right on the Island. Everything is within walking distance & it is a very safe environment. We will be back!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been anywhere! From the elevators, lobby, the room, beds, pools, even pool bathrooms, all spotless. Our only issue was almost being runover with a 2 year old several times with all the scooter drivers everywhere all over town. Not sure if they were with the hotrods for the weekend or a separate group. But otherwise, the hotel was very nice and relaxing, close to The Island and family friendly.

Perfect for families, the hotel was clean & comfortable. I like that the pool was heated & hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was your regular continental breakfast buffet & service was great! Location was great, everything in walking distance…food, shopping & entertainment on the island!

Property was at the island. Great attractions and food. Could easily spend a full day there with children Indoor and outdoor pool. Gym was basic but good for maintenance. Breakfast was good. A light fare but a good start for us as we had 2 lacrosse games to attend in Seymour Tennessee.

Nice, clean property that is convenient to many great attractions in Pigeon Forge. I can't find much to complain about it. The rooms were great. Bedding was comfortable. Staff was great. The air freshener/fragrance in the lobby was way too strong. While it smelled good it's way too much for anyone with chemical, scent sensitivities, or allergies. I couldn't spend time in the area without developing a headache.
There's only one set of elevators for the whole building. Upon checking in we had to share an elevator with a housekeeper with a large laundry cart. She was friendly but we had to squeeze in with my family and luggage cart. There should be a separate elevator for staff. While the elevators were efficient, it did cause a small wait during busy times.
Breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were nice. We would stay here again.

Super clean and located right in the center of Pigeon Forge near so many attractions for families. I will say it is on the main strip, so there is a lot of nearby sounds from the various attractions and restaurants. So if you don’t like hearing night life, you may want to consider somewhere else. It wasn’t too loud, but I know some find it hard to sleep with road noise and stuff going on.

We had our service dog with us at our stay for the weekend and it was a HUGE issue. We didn’t register our dog initially when booking (my careless mistake!) so after checking in and seeing our animal it was a downward spiral from there. Claudia was hateful, unprofessional, and felt it was necessary to call our room repeatedly at midnight (we have a 3 yr old) to demand a signature we failed to sign at check-in. A polite knock at the door would have sufficed. The next morning the manager, Jennifer, proceeded to ask what “disability” we have to need a service dog. Mind blown. The staff should be better trained in knowing the laws and that not all disabilities are visual! Needless to say, we loaded up our family and enjoyed an amazing weekend at TRU by Hilton. Do better, Margaritaville.
