We said easy parking for "what did we like" as we used valet. It would have been more fun if we had grandkids. Our room was located near the pools and it was LOUD in the very early mornings, with beeps from delivery trucks backing up. The food was all bar food and fried food, but that's to be expected on vacation in that part of the country and some was really tasty.

The trip was excellent. Room was nice staff was pleasant. Only bummer was we had to leave day early due to family member being shot. Bummer coulsnt get rhat day back. But we were very happy with our stay.

What can I say this is the second time we have been this year and planning again in fall . Great for family vacation. The room clean and staff was awesome . Downstairs is Island walkable shops and children rides, and restaurants meets all family needs .

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was absolutely amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the river. We watched all kinds of wildlife from our balcony. Geese, ducks, beavers and turtles! You are right there in The Island which is the place to be in the evenings. They have live music, fountain show, places to eat, shopping, rides for adults and kids and ice cream, candy shops. We had an amazing 4 day trip. I will be back!

This property is highly over rated and definitely overpriced. The first thing we noticed were the scraped up and dirty baseboards in our bathroom. The bathroom itself is TINY. There is no way a family could manage more than a day or two sharing the dimly lit and small bathroom. The room itself was large, however, the lovely furniture was showing lots of wear and tear. Bring your own cups and glasses as it is supplied only with 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups and nothing disposable. The Kureig is a nice touch and the coffee was very good. We would not recommend this property for more than an overnight stay.

Margaritaville never disappoints. Hotel is conveniently located in the Island at Pigeon Forge. Lots of stuff to do. Great location for a family vacation.

We loved everything! Our rooms, our balconies, the food everything for our kids! We’ve decided this will be our family vacation spot every year maybe twice a year! The valet parking is probably the most thing we loved the most!
