We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Check-in and out was super easy. The room was spotless and housekeeping was efficient at cleaning and restocking towels. The kids loved the indoor pool and we loved the convenient location.

Our first room smelled like dirty dog. We were given another room that was not bad. The whole hotel is pet friendly. No pet free rooms. Could not use pool or hot tub due to lots of kids in both. This hotel is not for us.

Our stay was wonderful! I was concerned about it being a pet friendly hotel and if it would smell but it did not at all. The room was clean and the Deluxe Family Suite was extremely spacious. The photos online don't do it justice. The pool area and hot tub were great! Pool was heated! I love the trivia question in the lobby each morning. Breakfast was decent. My kids loved that they had Lucky Charms. There was plenty of food available. I had to check out early and they were very nice about us leaving early and helping facilitate a one night refund. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at one down the street 2 years ago that was double the price and not nearly as friendly and spacious.

We stayed in a family suite with bunk beds in the living room and a hideaway bed in the couch. The bedroom had a jacuzzi and king sized mattress. The hideaway bed was completely broken and unusable and I was charged an additional fee for it inflating bed so that all kids had a bed, Really?!

Beds were super comfy, staff is amazing. Don’t stay here if you want quiet nights on the weekends though, way too many drunk and loud kids not wanting to be respectful of others. That’s not the staffs fault though. Highly recommend the weekdays. Also such an amazing place for dogs.
