I stayed with family got two rooms. It's a quite and clean room very comfortable cool rooms. The cleaning girls were friendly. It's eco-friendly, clean sheets and towels and coffee in the rooms. Also free breakfast. My granddaughters enjoyed it. Park Grove Inn was the best for us just close to Dollywood and Guttinberg TN. 5days was short for vacation. Love it.

This is our 2nd time staying here and both visits have been excellent! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean! Had fun in both pools (indoor and outdoor) with our kids. Park Grove Inn will always have our business!

Beds were super comfortable, had rooms with kitchenette option and balcony, game room and indoor pool. My room was clean only complaint would be that the shower isn’t fully closed off. There’s a glass panel that doesn’t slide so water gets everywhere around the toilet. I just put a towel down so no big deal. The game room has an awful chemical smell but my guess is it’s chlorine from being next door to the indoor pool and it was pretty dirty with candy all over the floor and water puddles. My kids enjoyed it though. Other than that it was a pretty pleasant stay for the money! Would likely stay again

İt seems there's a heavy construction going on that starts at 9am. We need to start our drivings early. Regular hotel breakfast with smiling faces. Room was average. Yes! There's a pool but we couldn't get in as full of very VERY excited children. All the stuff was nice. Staying again? Don't know. Need to think about it. The main problem is the hotel construction seems to be done as a project of a 3rd grade. Faucets are so far that I couldn't wash my hands. The shower is strange. Handle is in the middle of standing place that nobody can fit. Let's see how the construction goes. Of I stay there again, that will be to check if how it all gone.

We spent a holiday weekend here as we waited to book a little late. I was happy to have found a hotel suite with 2 bedrooms; however, for over $300 a night there was no kitchenette. Only a fridge & microwave. Still, we were so happy to have found the 2 bedroom at a decent price. Upon arriving the lobby is definitely welcoming! The staff were super nice & answered all our questions, so customer service was definitely on point. Upon entering the room, you can definitely tell that the hotel is older. It has an older carpet smell & I ended up wiping the entire hotel down when we arrived as there was still hair & dirt in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable & the pillows were like the ones you get for a toddler bed. We ended up asking if they could provide more, but with the hotel as packed as it was, they did not have extras to provide. The kids enjoyed the hot tub & pool so that was also a plus. Breakfast was decent, there were no proteins provided aside from egg patties that you had to warm yourself in a microwave. They did have waffles, biscuits & gravy, muffins, French toast sticks, bagels, cereal, assorted coffees & juices so that was nice. I would rate the overall experience a 5 because the people were incredibly friendly & helpful overall.
