Nice hotel in a perfect location. Spacious room for a family of four. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront. A bit tricky to find the location by car, since the GPS showed us the way to the underground of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind. The housekeeping always had my room back in tiptop shape after I would return to my room after a long day. Will absolutely stay here again when I return and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family!

I really enjoyed my stay! Customer service was truly amazing. Everyone I encountered were nice and friendly. My room was clean and a great size for my family. I have no complaints! Location is perfect! Super close to many attractions and restaurants! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I called at midnight, before we arrived and was told i could park in the garage directly across the street. When we arrived at 1am, garage was closed. The woman at the desk seemed irritated with all my questions, like i should know what im doing, though im from out of state. Parking is $50, blocks away. No one wants to walk in chicago at that hour with luggage and little children. This price would also be nice to know at the time of booking. The second option, was then valet. $69. We chose this option because of the above reasons. My total for this hotel was now over $200 with no type of breakfast what so ever without paying more money. When the valet driver arrived after 40 minutes of waiting in the car, he smelled of liquor. Wouldnt reccommed.

We had a very good experience. Concierge was very helpful. The level of cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Location excellent as many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
