Right in the heart of Chicago. Perfect for walking and seeing the sites. Room was large and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The front desk employee LJ was nothing short of exceptional! I came to this hotel after staying one night at another with concerns and she gave me nothing less than 5 star level service. I stayed in room 2901, LJ allowed me and my family to check in early and our housekeeping attendant BABY was one of a kind! I hate i didn't get her name but her personality was inviting, her customer service was 5 start and she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing less than rememberable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I'm excited to say I'll be revisiting this hotel soon! Thanks again for showing us top level hospitality it truly made our vacation even more magical!

Very bad property! Stayed 4 nights and every single day room smelled marijuana. It was terrible stay especially when staying with young kid. Definitely not kid friendly.

This was the perfect location for out family. Easy walk or bike to everything! We upgraded to a River View room & it was well worth it. Kids loved watching all the nighttime activities from the room. Food & service at the hotel was great.

This is my first trip to Chicago. Thanks to Brandon allowed me to have a upgraded room, my family had wonderful experience. Spacious, clean and great view. It's located right center of the downtown. I love here, i will definitely come again. 위치, 청결도, 친절함 모두 완벽해요. 꼭 여기서 묶으세요.

This hotel is beautiful. Everything about it was great. From the wonderful smell of the lobby to the cleanliness and spacious river view rooms. We took our kids for a long weekend in Chicago and had a blast. We would definitely consider rebooking here in the future.

Great stay for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children)! Outstanding location close to Michigan Avenue. Upgraded to a family suite with a king bed and bunk beds (with double sized mattresses) for a small fee that was very spacious (700 sf). Room was clean. Courteous staff. Very walkable location close to lots of great dining and shopping. Need to schedule housekeeping ahead of time if you desire, but was not important to us. We just asked the front desk for amenities (ie bottled water, towels) when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very friendly hotel. We stayed in the family suite which included a fantastic bunk bed for the kids. Not enough chairs/table space for a family suite, though. Be prepared, don't expect a high floor or view from the family suites. The king bed was much too soft and this was the main complaint we had. Rooms were spotless and in great condition. Service was cheerful. Room service excellent. We never at at the Hoyt's downstairs, but there was plenty of option nearby with an excellent Italian hole in the wall Bongiornios just across the river. Used SpotHero to find an in-and-out parking space at 401 N. State just across the river. Able to take in museums, Blue Man Group, etc. All in all, a nice spring break location!
