Great rooms, looks like it was renovated from an old building, so has some nice historical touches. One of the few places with an included breakfast, with plenty of food available for my two kids. VERY noisy at night however if you have windows on a lower floor (we were on 6). Windows are either not soundproofed, or the car noise is just that loud. Woken up multiple times overnight by street racing and people revving their engines and sirens.

Only complaint is that i booked a room with 2 beds. I had 4 family members staying there and they told us they overbooked. We got 1 king sized and some kind of a temporary bed. Luckily my family was 4 small asians. Everything else was fine

First time to Chicago kids went to go see a concert nice hotel but small staff was excellent cleanliness was excellent The only thing I didn't like was the view from the room was a conference room from another building I guess but other than that it was nice.

I am not sure if The AC was even working except blowing air. Me and my family couldn’t sleep the entire night as it was so hot. The noise coming from bathroom was as if a monster is roaring and it was whole time the worst part was during night. My daughter was scared and couldn’t sleep. With the amount I f money I spent it was not worth even for 10%of it. All the dumping noise could clearly be heard which is good enough to give you a sleepless night. Never ever I ll book Hampton again and hotel.COm is also equally responsible in this loot.

There was no parking for hotel had to pay 69 for parking extra. Also no bassinet for baby.

Rooms were clean, and the staff was responsive and helpful. The free breakfast is great, especially when you are traveling with children. The breakfast had a different variety each morning. My kids' favorite was the different waffles batter flavors each day. Centrally located, it is easy to walk to places or get in public transportation. I would choose this location again.

The location is good and accesible. The breakfast was unexpectedly good and we enjoyed it. The room itself is a bit small, no view coz there's room from the next building, the bathroom door doesn't have a lock but overall, my family and i had a good stay.

The breakfast was amazing. My kids are picky eaters, but the options were amazing, especially when it comes to picky kids and some adults as well. The option from valet who requests you text them so they have your car ready by the time you get downstairs. The gentleman working the front desk was very understanding out of situation with our kids being sick and nauseous from the flight he let us check in at 7am. I could keep going on this but everything about the hotel was 11/10.

The AC wasn't working properly. We called several times to get it fixed but nothing was ever done. They eventually offered a fan.........when we went downstairs to get the fan they couldn't find one. Very hot and uncomfortable stay, none of my family got any sleep, making the next day miserable.

Great location and close to great views, shopping and restaurants. The drawbacks were finicky Wi-Fi and by-request-only room cleanings. For the latter, a requested cleaning wasn’t fulfilled, so we had trash build up and no toilet paper or bath towels at one point. I understand if there’s a staff shortage, but with two young kids, it makes it problematic quickly.
