Hyatt Residence Club Key West, Beach House

Overall Nice! A/C on the first room was not cooling properly and I was with my 7yr, 5yr and 9 month old kids but they worked it out and move us to a second room and it was perfect!

Horrific stay!!! From arriving & having the doors closed, lights turned off.. no one working except a security.. once we spoke with him he went through paper work we had our names & confirmation done had PAID IN FULL but NO KEYS NO ROOM. Literally no ROOM! Going through All of this in the middle of the night with a small child!! after all of that they still couldn’t find our keys so we were put in a emergency room.. which we were woken up to loud noises & banging which seems to be from construction at 7am!!! about an hour or 2 after the office calls.. we have to move rooms again! With all of our stuff already in the room we had to by ourselves move everything from one side of the property to the complete other side! All way to the 3rd floor! With not one person from the hotel to help! When we finally went down to the pool we ordered food which my husband gets food poisoning from eating fish from The bar they have at the pool!!! That caused us to have to cancel our reservations at the restaurant we were going to celebrate my birthday!!! Completely ruined my birthday every single day!!! Imagine spending so much money on your birthday, driving over 5 hours to experience a horrific experience!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully someone can give me every penny back because this was the worst birthday ever thanks to HYATT VACATION CLUB AT BEACH HOUSE KEY WEST!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! BEWARE !!

Horrible experience, was on the 2nd floor, the noise from the room above us was unbearable, and all night. The front desk only said they will give them a courtesy call, but there is nothing they can do. We were with kids who couldn't sleep at all due to the noise, and it completely ruined the vacation. This hotel is designed like a cheap apartment building with zero privacy and noise control! Avoid at all costs! Its also out of the town and very inconvenient! I was expecting a lot from Hyatt and from reading other reviews!!

My family and I love this place. It is very quiet and safe to spend with the family. Good attention, the care of the recreation areas is good. The employees very friendly. This was our second visit and we will be back soon for sure. Thank you!! Hyatt Residence Club Key West.

Traveled with my family everything was nice and clean like a two bedroom apartment and there were 8 of us slept great the pool was great

This was a great spot to stay with a family. The condos were spacious and fully equipped. Nice pool and the hotel hosts events throughout the week which was a nice touch. Games in the lobby were fun for the kids. Only downfall was the location was a bit far from the main center of Key West. Parking was expensive downtown as was transportation to and from. Not the hotels fault by any means, we didn’t do a good job researching this. Even with this, we would stay at this location again. The space of the condo was worth being slightly outside of town.

Amazing stay. The 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable for our party of 5. The condo had a well-stocked full size kitchen, and a lovely dining and living room area with pull out sofa. The master bedroom had a large shower with 2 rainshower heads and a bench. The screened in patio was was terrific, with a high top table with seating for four, a rocker, and a full size lounging sofa and table. The office staff was helpful and courteous and the concierge helped us organize an evening ghost trip. The pool area is stunning with a large pool that accomodates children and adults, hot tub, cabana lounge chairs on sand, a small beach, and a tiki bar. Watch the sunsets from the dock! We stayed here for a mother and daughter trip. Would definitely return.
