My hotel room the 2bedrooms is a great concept especially for larger families like my mine, but the rooms were super dirty from the tub to the floors, I literally had to clean up as soon as I entered ,the furniture were a bit outdated floors made bottom of our feet so dark and dirty. Definitely needs and great and honest cleaning. Also I'm not sure if it's bed bugs or mosquitoes but my children complained of itchy bumps on their skin.

I love this hotel, I’ve been here on Vacation with the family and now for work and it is perfect. I’m an early bird, the pool and hot tub opens at 6:00 a.m. and there is complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back.

It is about a mile from where all the action is near Duval street, but the traffic is horrendous trying to get there from this hotel. The room itself was ok, nothing special. Our room faced the street, so we listened to traffic noise all night. We also took a little stroll on the boardwalk at the hotel and it is old and rickety in some places. One of my kids put his hand on a support for the handrail and it broke off. FYI, you cannot see the sunset from here.

Clean rooms, pool area very nice. Shuttle service would be nice since it is a little way from old town, this makes it hard to book if coming in by boat. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive. 1 adult and 1child ( who is 3) breakfast was $40.

Good: * The staff was friendly and attentive to resolve small issue with our room. * The room was clean and big enough for me and my family. * Plenty of space for parking. * Fast internet. Bad: * Since the location is on busy street. You can hear noise coming from outside but it's not that bad. * No free breakfast.
