Hyatt Residence Club Key West, Windward Pointe

Stayed at the Hyatt with my family and it was such an amazing experience. The Villa was absolutely stunning, and clean. The Staff were very sweet and super welcoming! My family and I are looking forward in staying at the Hyatt more often!!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The location was outstanding, located exactly across the street from the ocean and down the street from a walkable beach. The room was huge, with two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa, and it perfectly fits my family of six. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook. I also love a resort with a grill, which I did. The pool was also lovely, with a bar area right next door. There was always plenty of seating in the water, which felt nice and lukewarm. This hot tub water was hot and lovely and relaxed the muscles. The only part of the resort that wasn't great was that this is not your first order. I have another one second while there was a telescope, and we couldn't get it to work. Also, the room's water and jacuzzi tub did not heat up and stayed frigid so that we couldn't enjoy it.

This was perfect for our family. We brought nanny, and got the two bedroom. Our young girls slept on the pull out couch. Pool is beautiful, cute bar. No beach… the pictures on the website trick you into thinking beach is right there. They also don’t clean your room everyday.

Ocean front view . Great stay . Close to airport and highway 1 but it’s not busy. Beautiful rooms fully appointed with kitchens and fully furnished balconies. Great pool and hot tub. Our family enjoyed!
