We stayed in one of thr larger rooms and really liked our room. We had requested two King beds but didnt realize it meant there were two separate bedrooms and then a separate living room. Each room had a t.v. The living room was equipped with a microwave, sink and mini-fridge, but the fridge didnt work. It was okay because we were there only one night. Service was great. Very friendly. The breakfast was pretty standard but they were very good to refill food and other items as needed. The entryway was lovely and cleanliness was good. My family loved it and I was so happy we decided to stay there. We will definitely be back!

We stay here very often as we have family in the surrounding area. We always greeted with friendly staff. We book the two bedroom suite that has a small kitchenette and it's just perfect for our little family. The hotel for the most part is often quiet.
The continental breakfast is what my kids look forward to. They either have a pancake machine or a make your own waffles with a choice of protein (eggs, bacon/sausage), with a variety of cereal, yogurt, fruit, and bread.

Convenient location for visiting family. Breakfast bar was lacking in items each day but overall was good.
One issue that has happened both times we have stayed here is that the key card stops working for no reason and have to get reset multiple times.
But really those our first world problems aren’t they.

The hydraulic door closers are worn and allow the very heavy doors to slam. Plus there is no weather strip around the door to cushion the close. I had a family staying right across from me and every morning from 6 - 9, I'm guessing the children would go in and out every 5 - 15 minutes and let the door SLAM each time! It was horrendous. I spoke with the maintenance man and he said "he'd look into it". Well, he didn't while I was there. I also complained to 'Kathy' about it on the way out and she wrote it down. She acknowledge she had been hearing it as well. I told her I couldn't stay there again unless that was addressed!

There was an issue with our room at check-in which required us to move out after already bathing our kids and putting them to bed. We also arrived at breakfast well before they finished serving, but the food was gone quickly both mornings. The location is likely experiencing staffing issues because with both of these instances, the staff was hard to locate.
The rooms are good, the beds are good, the location is good.

So close to the Smith family home and the Palmyra temple! For five adults, having 2 beds and a pull out bed was great. Wonderful breakfast. Great stay.

Very nice hotel. Staff was courteous and organized. This hotel is always busy but they took care of me like I was family. Highly recommend if you are looking for quaint charm of a New York village.
