Positives- friendly workers, pool and spa perfect for kids Negatives- beds/ cots / tv all outdated. Not comfortable. Also, had ants in the room. One thermostat must have been broken- only kicked out hot air.

Visiting family and had my dog with me. Room was very comfortable, clean, and great having a kitchenette. Breakfasts were great with 4 choices of hot foods, plus waffles, cereals, breads, muffins, fruit, etc. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

The staff was very kind. Unfortunately Expedia said the suite I ordered was for 7 and it only had enough beds for 6. Since this was an Expedia error, there was nothing the hotel could do. The suite listed on Expedia is only for 6 not 7 like Expedia says. We had a child without a bed . 😞

Easy and comfortable stay with children. Pool is nice with a hot tub. Five minute drive to shopping and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Travelled down from Canada to spend the night before taking the kids to The Strong Museum. Great hotel, staff are very friendly. The pool is a tad cold but otherwise I can’t fault it.
