Second stay at this property which is well situated for visiting family who live in Park Slope. It’s clean, comfortable and the breakfast is good. The employees are very courteous and responsive to your needs. I especially appreciated Devin and Eartha who checked us in and out.

Great location and customer service. We were here for a family visit and our mother was us who is handicapped and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and highly recommended.

At first we were really happy with our stay--free and easy to find parking, our suite was exactly what we needed for a short stay with a baby, and such a great location. But when our mechanical curtains were not working when we needed to get our 1 year old down for bed, we began to see the cracks. It wouldn't have been so bad if the staff were helpful and professional when we let them know of the issue but first they didn't answer the front desk phone. Then they answered, but tried telling me how to "fix" it with instructions that didn't correspond (like "turn on the switch" when there's no switch to speak of). Then they got frustrated and said "if you don't know how to fix it then I'll have to come up." Not only was this rude, but they didn't come up!! I waited a half hour, my kid getting crankier and crankier, until I finally called back, and a new person on the phone said no one was coming and the engineer went home already so I have to fix it myself. I told her I already tried, and had looked up troubleshooting guides online to no avail. Finally she tells me to just manually rip down the curtain and that I won't be charged for any damage that might cause. It was actually physically difficult to do this, but that's the "resolution" we came to. I've never felt so utterly on my own in a stay at a hotel, and couldn't believe the unprofessionalism I was met with. I'm not usually one to complain, but this isn't camping, and its not cheap!

I have stayed at many hotels in Manhattan and Brooklyn and I must say the staff here is the best! After traveling for hours, it was so awesome to be greeted by such nice, helpful people. I have family in the area and this will be my go to place!

This property is very close to the metro subway station. Also, it is walkable to 5th Ave which has many great restaurants. The house keeping staff is super nice. At first we used the sofa bed, but my child said that it was too hard for him, so I requested the air mattress. We stayed for a week, the staff came to clean once, it's fine. They provided hot breakfast with a wide variety. It was just a bit too early for us to enjoy it every day, but the choice was excellent with eggs and sausages, fruit and yogurt etc. I would stay here again if I am visiting Brooklyn again

During my stay at this extended-stay Marriott, the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating to my ADA special needs and promptly responded to my requests.
The room is intelligently designed -- exceptionally clean, black-out blinds. no clogs in shower, well-equipped kitchenette, etc. Given the fact this property is located in a busy part of Brooklyn, it is amazing no noise reached the room. Wish I could have stayed an extra night.
Would highly recommend this Marriott to visitors, including my own sister's family who are Bonvoy members.

It was a well situated hotel for our stay during a family wedding. Plenty to see and do and restaurants all within walking distance or quick Lyft. It is a very utilitarian hotel and got the job done with a very friendly, helpful staff.
