Always stay here when we come in to visit our family. The breakfast is great! Wish the beds were a little softer but all in all it’s always a good stay.

We're a family of four who stayed here for two nights. The location is great for Downtown Brooklyn, visits to nearby Dumbo, Times Out Market or walks across Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The heavy traffic outside wasn´t disturbing (we were on 5th floor facing the street intersection). Good breakfest included in the price, front-staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds was very nice and clean with microwave and fridge. Easy access to Metro and busses.

I love staying here. It might be an older hotel, but it is clean and the staff are exceptional. I love the rooms come with small refrigerators and microwaves on request at no extra cost. Everything is within walking distance.
The only fall back is not within their control… noise. The corner they are located on is very busy and there is a fire department close by. It might bother some guest. I was fine.
They have a bar in the lobby area, separated from the rest of the area.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Better than any other place I’ve stayed. Fresh fruit, hot traditional eggs and meats, waffle maker, baked goods, cereals and yogurt. Coffee all day. Free bottles of water. They have a very nice outdoor space/ courtyard for the warmer months. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to families. Very reasonably priced, especially, in this area.

Even though it was an older building, everything was great. Loved the breakfast. The front desk and cleaning staff too. Bed was very comfortable. The corner had high traffic but rooms were quiet.
It was perfect for our needs and will be our first choice. Perfect for being in the area to visit family or friends. Easy interstate access.
Thank you. Best non business stay so far.
Will highly recommend.

As a place to stay while visiting family in Brooklyn, just about ideal; lived up to excellent prior reviews. The quality and variety of breakfast was a surprise and treat; the responsiveness and effectiveness of staff to a very minor problem was exemplary. High efficiency on a small urban footprint.

All amazing staff! Really enjoyed my stay with my family of 4 and the included breakfast every morning was the best. Food was hot and there was a variety of things you could choose from.

New-ish hotel. Our room was clean. Very noisy, you can hear traffic outside and a lot of sirens (a fire department house and an ambulance company are on the street behind the hotel- yikes!) I had 2 complaints;
1) Upon check-in we were SHOCKED that we had to pay $100 per night "incidentals fee" WTH???? I've stayed at 4-star hotels in Manhattan for only a $30 to $50 per night charge!! We pre-paid (thankfully) and I happened to bring a 2nd credit card, but unfortunately, a family from Italy, who also pre-paid, had to come up with $600.00 for their 6-night stay, they were not prepared and from what I could gather, that was a big chunk to put a temp hold on their only card...which took a big hit on their spending money!!! I felt very bad for them!
2) The curtains in our room did not meet in the middle to close. The curtain tracks literally stopped about 4 feet on either end and only a sheer mesh curtain hung as the middle panel. So, that meant the street lights from outside, as well as all the lights from the 20-story apartment complex directly across from our room, shone directly into our room...major fail. But we were able to see a lot of people's nicely decorated Christmas trees and balconies...

The property is conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn and is walking distance from many places. I have stayed here twice visiting family and have been very satisfied with the property. The breakfast is also great.
