There was a DJ in the lobby on Saturday night which would have been fine but we had kids and went to bed at like 10 pm. The pounding from the music reached us on the 6th floor! This is not ok when you have little kids. Also, I wished the bakery had more baked items to choose from. Otherwise I loved the hotel. Very much needed in Brooklyn.

My family of 4 went in August and we will definitely be staying there anytime we go to NY. The subway was super close and easy to get to. Tons of shopping within walking distance. The hotel itself was amazing! The rooms were roomy, the bathrooms were cleaned daily, the staff was friendly and the bar was super fun! The bagel shop next door is a MUST! Like I said I will definitely stay there every time I’m in NY!

Great customer service from front desk, security and restaurant. Amazingly convenient to everything Brooklyn. Also right across from hoyt-schermerhorn subway stop to get to other side of river aka manhattan, times square etc. Brooklyn is where u wanna stay though. Tons of great breweries and restaurants that are not bombarded by mostly tourists and bankers. Best boutique hotel in Brooklyn baby! We loved it. Perfect hotel for pleasure, a wedding or business. Please check out the 80s style retro-fitted gym on 3rd floor! You will not be disapoint. Had 2 great workouts there.

An amazing stay for our first time back in NY after a long time! Hotel is súper central, great for walking and enjoying some amazing time in Brooklyn. We traveled with kids and they were amazing with them and accommodating us. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the lobby, bar and restaurant. We will definitely be back! Thanks Ace Team..❤️

Spent the weekend there for a family event. Staff was friendly and helpful, esp. Vanessa, Gerry and Jesus. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great boutique hotel that makes your stay feel personal and extremely comfortable - you feel like you are staying with close friends or family! The overall vibe is excellent. The lounge, restaurant, and staff are excellent. The staff are the best we have ever had at any NY hotel - Times Square, Midtown, and Brooklyn. We will be back!

I used to live in the neighborhood and it's wonderful to see a great hotel finally in the area. We stayed with our toddler in the "medium" room and appreciated the mini fridge, couch, chairs, and plentiful hooks in the bathroom and at the room's entrance. There is no closet, but plenty of shelving, hangers, and storage for suitcases at the entry. There is a playground down the street (less than 5 min walk) and a Whole Foods. Room service was delicious and excellent. The lobby is spacious and inviting. The staff were very friendly and we were sad to leave! See you again soon Ace Brooklyn!
