Our family of four stayed in a quad room - though small, worked for all of us. The hotel & room was clean and the staff very friendly & helpful. The location is ideally situated near metro & train stations as well as multiple dining options near by. We'd stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Amenities were generous and thoughtful. Location was convenient to everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again!

Stayed at Kadoya Hotel with my family of 4 (2 adults, kids ages 8 and 12). We had a room with four single beds. This is Japan so obviously we are not talking about a spacious room, but it was adequate for our needs (though we travel light compared to many people - just a cabin-sized luggage each). The bathroom was great, the beds comfortable, the temperature adequate, and of course you can't beat the location for easy access to transportation, shopping, and everything Shinjuku has to offer; there are three convenience stores within 30 seconds walking, too. Check-in was seamless and when we needed little things the staff was also able to help us. We'll be back!

Stayed for business and seeing my family. I could hear neighbor voice and sounds. Hope bathroom had brighter light and two pillows. They keep room clean and shower ran well. Reception is nice and provides good service. Location is good, safe and convenient.
