This property is great in terms of its location except that rooms are tiny. We are a family of three with a daughter in early teens and it was so hard to move around the room or open a suitcase unless you place it on the bed.

convenient location to the subway station on the Oedo Line and Marunouchi Line. Seven eleven and family mart in the basement. About a 15 min walk to shinjuku station.

An excellent place to stay with family. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was also convenient to Shinjuku shopping area.

Easy to get to Shinjuku station and the restaurants and side streets in that area. Small park next to the hotel for running or if you have children.
