Overall a decent stay with some minor caveats. Accessibility ramp is tucked away in the corner of sorts, not really highlighted so was confusing to find at first. The other one is not having a pool, with kids around and on rainy days it would have been a more enjoyable stay for all, but overall was a decent stay and no real complaints.

One night get away with family. Excellent location, friendly service. Coffee in the lobby in the AM was really good. Room was smallish and a bit dated but comfortable. Beds were good.

It was a great stay at listel hotel in Whistler, plenty of room for a family of four, everything was so close by shopping restaurants. We will be back again.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. In-house restaurant is good if you want fine dining, but not suited to families with young kids. A bit bummed the hot tub was closed for service, but that happens. Would stay there again for the same discounted price, but wouldn't pay rack rate.

We stayed as a family of four with our dog. Service was friendly, hotel was nice and clean, well maintained and conveniently located. Great value for the price we paid. Only thing that could be improved is that there is very little sound proofing between rooms. We could actually hear the conversation of people in rooms across the hall, as well as the tv from the room next door all night long. The A/C was also very loud so it actually helped drown out the other noise. Despite that, we would still stay again, just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.
