Being right by the lift, the room is a little beat up furniture/carpet wise. As you would expect. That said, it is impeccably clean and they were very service oriented and even allowed me an extra hour to check out (extenuating circumstances). The hot tub on the balcony was lovely and also very clean / I would not hesitate to book a holiday here with my family. The location (and convenience) plus hot tub and having a full kitchen would make this a no brainer.

I had my newborn baby with me who was just 2 weeks old and this hotel was just perfect for my small family’s first trip. The fireplace was great, view was amazing and it was lovely to have a full size kitchen

The room was excellent for our family with two elementary school kids. We loved the full kitchen for breakfasts and the living room for watching movies. For those expecting bell boys and room service, that is missing. Also, be wary of taking a room that faces the mountain. You will hear the nightclub scene until late into the night. We loved how close the Sundial is to the slopes and the ski check that was 100 meters from the lifts. Is this a five star hotel, no. But it is a nice family style hotel near the slopes.

Hotel is located centrally and the rooms are superrrr quiet - which is great when you're traveling with an infant. The room was spacious and had lots of storage for our things in kitchen and bedroom. The only issue we had was that the AC is located in the living room and not the bedroom. Going through a heat wave, it would've been nice to have it in the bedroom, as we sweated through the night. Other than that, no complaints. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is kept super clean. Would stay here again, but in the winter!

Stay away from sundial. Even saw a worker smoking in the laundry floor/facility. Terrible experience for my family as we paid $2400 for 2nights stay. Dirty, smelly, toilet kept on flushing, no a\c in living room. Linen were dirty.

The hotel was a great choice for us. My family went on this trip to mountain bike at the Whistler Bike Park. The hotel is right next door to the park. Very convenient and close. The hotel offers bike storage and staff were extremely helpful with all questions and accommodations.

Our family stayed here for two nights in Aug. Our two bedroom suite was comfortable, clean and had a great view. Definitely recommend this hotel.
