Outstanding service and great location, but lots of noise due to it's location (above a Buffalo bills). The unit itself was nice and cozy and perfect for a 3 night stay with my family. It had a cute loft, a fridge, microwave and a beautiful shower. Valet parking was also a big plus, specially after a long drive.

Everything was good. A bit loud at night as there is a bar grill about 20 feet away. Not good place if you have young kids who need to sleep. Otherwise pool, hot tub good; staff very nice; clean; free fresh baked cookies and coffee in lobby.

We were in 2nd floor , there was a lot of noise till 2 am . There was a bar i think above my room . Me and my family wasnt able to sleep . There was no parking . I saw in bookink time . Available parking . We had a poor experience with this hotel .

Our AC didn’t work, the fan only worked when the light was on. With 2 little ones we couldn’t keep the windows open for fresh air because you could hear the booming music from the club below. This made for very hot stuffy sleeps. The room smelled like smoke and the fridge didn’t work. The staff were lovely though.
