The property is outdated, the bed was uncomfortable, but my biggest complaint was the bathrooms toilet seat, perfect for a child size wise.
We love Whistler, so the location is excellent, central to everything. The indoor hot tub was great, and they have an outdoor pool & hot tub as well.
Good property overall.

The service at check in was great. They were knowledganle and helpful. The 1st night we woke up to a very cold room the thermostat needed batteries we had noticed when we checked in but didnt think to much about it. We called down to front desk at 630am. Was told that maintenence wasnt in yet so they couldnt help but will send up space heater. So we got those plugged in and 2 mins later breaker blows but maintenance wasnt thetlre so they couldnt help us. So no power till we got back later that afternoon. Tthe pool was dirty and tiny. No where to sit while kids swam. Overal the rooms were dated and run down. For the prices you would expect the bed to not sag in the middle and to not find giant dust bunnies and someone elses toothbrush under the bed. Wouldnt stay therr again

My kids especially like the pool and hot tub after a day of skiing.

Great location from the ski lifts. The property is dated; many round door knobs my child struggled with, very thins walls (could hear a baby crying often in the room across the hall), amenities don’t provide any storage while visit pool which is very inconvenient in rain.
I wouldn’t stay here again; however, we were comfortable enough based on the price and location.

This hotel has a great location in the Whistler village, it’s easy to access and they have their own parking. The staff were great but the hotel itself is dated. Our room could use a facelift as there are signs of age and years of use everywhere. We also found the hotel noisy in the evening, kids running in the hall and people in other rooms were clearly audible. Prices were really high, which is typical at Whistler, but elsewhere I would not pay anywhere like that much for a hotel of this quality

Ski trip with family. This hotel has all amenities I requested. Conveniently located near the ski lifts. The price is reasonable. Will definitely stay here again.

Customer with 2 big dogs was staying on top floor and whole night they were running around and barking. It was very restless night for us and kids. Customer with there pets should be on ground floor.

This is a great place for families to stay for a weekend. The loft suite is spacious, and located in the center of the village.

Stayed for 1 nighy and it was a great stay. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. The outdoor pool was nice and my family and I enjoyed the swim at night with the lights in the back ground. Would stay again. Thank you.

I think this property is underrated and represents really good value for your dollar. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and well maintained. If you are planning on just sleeping in your room, they are more than adequate and the central location of the hotel in the village is super convenient. Also, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The only real negative is that the bike locker is quite small - about the size of one parking stall. If it's a busy time at the hotel, you might find it hard to squeeze your family's bikes in there with the others.
