Parking lot is extremely tight even for a small SUV. Cost is $29 per night even as a guest, and fills up quick. We were lucky to get parking. Be aware when booking the double room through Expedia, they put you in the older/unrenovated portion of the hotel - these rooms are pet friendly and we were not informed of this. We are all allergic to dogs and had hoarse throats, sneezing and running noses the entire stay, it wasn’t until the evening before checkout I heard a dog bark and made the connection. I asked upon checkout and they did confirm we were put into the pet friendly area. We were told to advise of allergies next time, but we feel we should have been advised before hand as I did not select a pet friendly room. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling around the fan. Carpet was turning the bottoms of our feet black within minutes. The pool is small, only 3.5 feet deep the entire length and only has 8 loungers, a table with 4 chairs and 2 other chairs. It fills up very quickly so many had to sit on the ground. The pool was perfect for kids. Location of the hotel is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again but definitely not in the old part of the hotel. We saw the newer rooms and they are beautiful and will stay in those next time.

This was a great property for our family of 4. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the dishes in the room to go with the mini fridge and microwave. If we go back to Whistler we will definitely stay here again.

The pool is for all guests which they paid and have equal rights to enjoy. It seems pool belongs only to children with no time limitation. They were super noisy with their toys and jumping to pool. There was no respect for other guests if they didnt have kids. When i went to front desk and discussed about my concern, manager was just sorry . It wasnt fair

Stayed at this hotel for one night, nice rooms, very comfortable bed. We wanted to use the pool after we arrived, very disappointed two kids got nose bleeds in the pool, their parents were with a group of friends drinking beer and vaping which is not allowed at the pool, they ordered takeaway pizzas for all of the kids who were eating pizza in the hot tub, there was no chance of any other guests being able to use the pool or hot tub, they just took over. We complained to staff but we left the area as nobody came while we were there. Mentioned it on check out and the girl said they had spoken to the family but really it had already ruined the experience for us.

The one thing I noticed was the pool was continuously occupied loads of kids and parents who did not belong at that hotel. We took off in the pool they took over the loungers when it came time they went back to their own hotels. So I wasn’t able to use the pool at all. I sat a chair for a while, but nobody was moving. Great location Nice staff, you could use some more umbrellas outside half loungers were covered half were not. You could not sit unless you were a kid without an umbrella. Clean hotel well managed by staff

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was.
The pool was quite cloudy due to the huge volume of kids in and out which put me off having a dip but the kids didn’t seem to mind.

Staff was very nice, helpful. Asked for a quiet room, the assigned one they said was noisy (restaurant fan below), so they looked for an other one. This one turned out to have the stairway air shafts right behind the headboard, resulting some resonance. They were very helpful to look for an exchange, and showed us an upgrade, Junior King, which looked better, as noise is concerned. I said we do not need bigger, just quiet, nevertheless we needed to pay ($30/night). The pool was useless. We checked it out twice daily, but it was full of kids, playing ball, jumping and screaming. Same for the hot tub, kids playing there all the time. We love kids and understand all this, but there should be couple of hours for adults, when you can dip in quiet and without being hit by a ball every minute. Kids were also playing hockey in the hallway (corridor) , between rooms, bouncing onto walls and screaming. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels in over a 120 countries, I actually found this hilarious. One time a puck flew into our room as we were exiting, and the little child run in there with his hockey stick and served a fabulous kick back to the corridor, between our heads. Parking was not a problem, but expensive
(self parking $29). The cost turns out to be well over $400 per night. The restaurant below was very convenient. Thank you.

Very clean and modern hotel. My family and I stayed over the weekend and we definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The pillows and bed were great, washroom was clean, and our kids enjoyed the pool!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Crystal Lodge. We stayed 4 nights in the loft sweet that sleeps 6. Our two kids had their own beds and my husband and I had the king bed in the loft. The loft also had its own entrance on the second floor of the hotel which turned out to be very convenient to sneak in and out in the morning without waking kids down stairs.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children (ages 11 & 13) even commented on how nice and friendly all the staff were.
The hotel was clean. We utilized the bike valet which was also a bonus because we brought our own bikes. The kids used the pool and hot tub everyday, their only complaint was the pool wasn't deep enough. I think it maxed out at 4 ft. But it didn't stop them from using it and having fun. The other consideration is that our room and windows faced all the restaurants and shops so we could hear some music and chatter from guests eating outside pretty late, at least until 11pm-12am+. This didn't bother us because we were also up late and we enjoyed the energy of it all. I'm sure one could request a room that windows do not face the village if they prefer a more quiet evening.
All in all our family agrees we all want to stay here again. Thank you to all workers at the hotel!
