Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Unbeknownst to me, my room was upgraded and it was so beautiful. My children and I enjoyed our stay and love the customer service, the plethora of activities offered as well as the beautiful environment. A++++. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Great place to stay with family and friends. Large rooms in a full condo set-up. The property has a huge outdoor pool with activities in the summer, an indoor pool, bbq areas and other activities.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s close to Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. There were so many things for my kids to do: outdoor and indoor pool, mini golf, playground, crafts (they love their tie-dye shirts and bath soaks!), the game and movies to rent.

I have come to not expect too much when we stay here. But my children love it because of the amenities, which they really are charging way too much for nowadays. It is always missing items (learned to pack my own soaps and dishes) or the suite is really beat up or dirty looking. This time there was no dish soap, dishwasher pods or laundry soap. There was blonde hair around my bathrooom sink, I am not blonde. And there were dirty towels left behind bathroom door, with purple hair dye on them. I let front desk know because I did not want to be charged for them. Check in was quick but the clerk was impersonal and curt (can't say rude because that was not really true) just not the best bedside manner. Always leaves me asking, 'Why do I bother booking with them?'

Went to Williamsburg for a family trip to Busch Gardens. This place was well worth the money. Comparably to other hotels in the area. Offered many amenities however we didn't take advantage of any. It was a short drive to Busch Gardens.

Grand parents with 10 & 6 YO grand kids. Apartment was functional, not fancy and the pools were a hit even though very crowded. Roximity to Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens a plus. Poor experience in the Grill restaurant. Understaffed, first of 4 meals came out after 45 minutes, other 3 meals not for another 45 minutes. Managers came to assist and comped one meal and our beverages, but hard to keep kids sitting that long frustrated about not being at the pool.

We always stay at Powhatan when we come to Williamsburg but never stayed in the anything bigger than a two bedroom. It was a family vacation with the kids and grandkids. The three bedroom townhouse accommodations worked very well for us. Everyone enjoyed their stay and are eager to come back.

Last minute getaway for me and the husbands anniversary. Needed to get away from the kids for a night to be able to be adults and regain our sanity. No issue booking last minute. No issues with check in. Not our 1st stay here and diffently wont be our last. Weather with the kids or without also enjoy ourselves.
