This hotel was fine for a family weekend at W&M. It is safe and easy to park, convenient to the college and many areas of Williamsburg. We didn't spend much time here but it was a good choice. Good breakfasts too! It is not a luxury hotel but a good clean option.

Loved the look of the hotel and convenience of the location. In safe area within running distance to the historic area. Staff very friendly and full of great advice on what to do. Great family hotel

I was put next to ice wending machine, the ac in room made a terrible sound and room next to me kids were yelling around 1 am, when I spoke to hotels.com they said they will refund me two nights but they only did refund for 1 night

Great area, amazing lobby. Only issue we had with our room was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work; so at least 4 or 5 times during our stay while our family of 6 took showers, the steam would find itself outside of the bathroom and set off the fire alarm.

Nice stay! Staff was kind. Continental breakfast was good ( Belgium waffles, eggs, potato’s, fried apples, sausage, breads, pastries,cereal). Our little kids loved the decor.

I loved the presentation of the hotel as we walked in. The staff was very friendly and the hot tub and pool with led lights was an added bonus. For my children it is a must to have a pool in every hotel we stay at. The con was upon entering the hotel room, it did not smell the best. Luckily I had brought some personal spray so spraying that took care of the problem.
