This hotel worked great for a weekend trip to Williamsburg for our family. It was easy to get to restaurants, stores, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and the historic center. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but some items weren't replenished readily (waffles ran out), weren't available (bowls for the cereal, honey to put on biscuits or in tea), or had been sitting out too long (bicscuits were hard and dried out, omelettes were rubbery). Otherwise, it was a great option and we would happily stay here again.

Was a clean place with nice enough amenities. Someone did set off the fire alarms at 4:30 in the morning during my stay which caused us to have to evacuate. It was a prank by some kids but still inconvenient.

Stayed here on a trip to Busch Gardens. As soon as we checked in we were told the pool was closed for "safety reasons" which was super disappointing for our kids. Bathroom was super small, The AC was so loud you could not hear the TV, so we had to keep changing the volume. The fridge was dripping water the entire time because ice had formed at the top and was melting, so we had to put a towel inside of it. We had 2 queen beds but each bed only came with 2 pillows (1 for each person). The bedding and the pillows were paper thin and the beds were uncomfortable. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but we saw some hot food options as we were checking out.

It was perfect for my purposes, which was only has a place to rest my head. Aside from that every day was full of activities elsewhere with family. It was nice to have a clean place to come back to after a day in the hot summer sun.

We enjoyed our stay! The bathrooms could use some updates and we did notice a couple things that were missed when cleaning like some ones dirty sock left between furniture and toothpaste spots on the sink faucet. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sleeping late undisturbed by cleaning staff. The hotel was eco friendly with compostable items and waiting to wash towels until we asked. I didn't see recycling though and there were hardly ever pool towels available. Breakfast ended at 9am and it seemed a bit rush for the amount of people at the hotel each morning. No matter what time we ate (between 7 and 9) it was busy and they constantly ran out of food. They were able to restock most things multiple times but there was typically only 1 person working the breakfast so it was difficult on him. Our kids loved the pool that was open late each night until 11 and we enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a very good visit with family as we attended Busch Gardens. Grandkids had a blast in the indoor pool. Rooms were very good. Front desk staff was very friendly. We will be back.
