The room is comparably larger than most of the other hotel rooms, featured with a full sized kitchen, which would be very convenient for family trip with kids or older people who needs hot food occasionally.

Our stay at this hotel was a great stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, this hotel seems old and unkept. In addition, since pets are allowed the first hallway we were assigned to barked with dogs and smelled horribly. I immediately asked to be moved and put on a different floor. For a guest who doesn't travel with a dog and pays the rate that is given, it is disappointing to accept an accommodation of this manner. Perhaps, if pet friendly is the way the hotel business is going, maybe designate certain floors for pets and their families. In this way, those of us who use hotels without pets are not interacting with the pet trend. The ironic part of this is, this was my first stay at a Residence Inn. I think I will travel within the brands that I know will be suitable for my stays.

This hotel has little old and dirty. I caught the cockroach this morning. I've been to many hotels for my kids' sports games over the past 10 years, but I've never had anything like this happen.I am disappointed it.

The kitchenette and separate bedroom is really nice! My family also enjoyed the breakfast menu and the breakfast staff are very accommodating!

Place was filthy. Changed rooms twice because bathrooms/kitchen/floors were not cleaned. Toilet seat was lifted in one room and had urine drops on it. Utensils had not been cleaned and kitchens were dirty. I will never use Expedia or Marriott again. When I complained at the property and contacted Expedia they only credited me with one night. I stayed with a family friend for 3 of my 5 nights. Soooooo disappointed

I must say for the price my husband and I paid, we were very impressed! My husband and I took our daughter and nephew to a last minute before school trip to kings Dominion and wanted to get our budget low but still have a safe clean place to stay for the weekend. Considering this hotel had a pool, hot breakfast and a kitchen in room I was worried! But thankfully we loved it and will return next year. The staff was nice and helpful, we enjoyed the breakfast as well as the kind staff who cleaned up as and after eating, our room was clean and had everything a kitchen would need with plenty of room for the kids to do things. It was also very quiet as if we was the only family there, even know i seen alot of family. You also everything you need around the area! Places to get a fast meal or dining, banks ,cvs and much more. We really did enjoy our stay and look forward to returning.

This was one of the most enjoyable, relaxing stays I can remember in a hotel. We had everything we need. Getting in and out was wonderfully comfortable and convenient. They were a-okay with our cockapoo and infant. It was a great way to start a cross country drive.

This Residence Inn was a pleasure to stay in. From the first moments at check-in until the last seconds checking-out, the staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Breakfast was a great treat for us since we were too tired to go out to. There were ample breakfast selections to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and have placed this location on our list of "must stay" hotels. It is a family friendly environment that is strategically placed near mall shopping, restaurants, movies, and of course stores like Target and Wal-Mart! ! Perfect location!!! Great value!!!

The stay was not great. I booked a one bedroom so the kids could go to sleep early in the bedroom, and then my husband and I would stay on the pull out couch. The metal frame was broken, so getting the bed in and out was painful. The mattress was basically a sheet of paper in depth, and between that and the broken frame (meaning the bed wasn’t level when open), we ended up putting the mattress on the floor to sleep. When asked for bedding for the pullout, it came with one pillow. We asked for another (as it’s a double) and they said no. The nature of this trip meant more time than usual in the room, but the tv didn’t work. The feed was blurry if it came through at all. The furniture was stained, the curtain was ripped. The hairdryer was dead. I went to the front desk to ask for a different one and they couldn’t help me. Had to wait for a specific person. 45 minutes later, one arrived, way too late for me to even use. The hot water was essentially non existent. The shower curtain bar was hanging off the wall and making it even more annoying to use the toilet. Breakfast ran out of plates, not even having paper ones as a backup. I listened to several other guests complain about their rooms (e.g., leaking fridge, blood stains on carpet and toilet). The staff was friendly and it was generally clean, even though the majority of my experience was disappointing for I booked with a brand so I should know what to expect and it fell significantly short.

Wonderful! I'll never stay in a regular hotel room again. The room was lovely...very inviting! On another note the hotel only had 1 functioning elevator and coincidentally there were a team of children staying. Unfortunately collectively they made it slightly noisier than expected in the afternoon. I'll definitely visit again I'll just request a more isolated room.
