Hyatt Place Richmond/Innsbrook

Excellent economic stay for the family. Safe. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast offered variety. Hot: bacon, eggs, seasoned potatoes, waffle s. Cold: cereal, cut fruit, yogurt, bagels. For all the reviews that complain there is no soap/shampoo/etc, try looking on the wall or asking staff. Reserved a room with pull out couch. No pullout linens were in the room. Spoke to staff who very kindly provided all supplies. If wear and tear are not acceptable, don't book here. Linens had some small stains but were freshly laundered. If you set your expectations to the price point you are willing to pay, this will make you happy.

We traveled very far and we brought kids and they were tired and exhausted and this is just unbelievable and horrible. We didn’t even get a room after we arrived at the Hyatt hotel and they said you guys overbooked and didn’t even give our information to them. They didn’t call us or email us because you guys were too careless to forward the information. and we had to travel another 21 miles because of you guys. Why did you guys promise something when you couldn’t keep it. We paid for it in advance too so I don’t understand why you guys did these things. This is just messed up and we are never using your website ever again for booking you guys are the worst!

Pleasant stay. Stayed with family of 5 and the room was well sized and equipped with basic needs

It was very clean and great breakfast. The staff was very nice. It seemed more like a business hotel, but we were treated well with family of 6, two of them were my grandsons.

There was construction....at the entrance...NO SIGNS UP, BEWARE, BECAREFUL, DANGEROUS....I almost called OSHA And the Henrico county agencies. This was going on....I even said to front desk...THIS IS NOT SAFE, BAD IMAGE FOR HYATT AND ABSOlUTELY POOR MANAGEMENT. I SAID to the workers in Spanish.....THIS BREAKS THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODES...THEY WERENT WEARING HARD HATS. Check the security tapes. A family member who picked me up who owns huge sections of commercial real estate in Short Pump said......they think they dont need to follow the law because no one sees this hotel off the side.

I stayed at this location for only a weekend and honestly I was more than ready to leave on time. The room was entirely too small. When the sofa bed is extended it’s hard to open the door. In the bathroom the toilet was about 4 inches from the door. The room was clean and there was a nice sized TV. The complimentary breakfast was ok, though I never before had scrambled eggs with parsley. The pool was outside and drained, very disappointing. The key card reader on our room door died the 2nd day with my dog inside. Hotel staff has to let us in (they asked if we wanted to change rooms but by then we were at the end of our stay). The staff made all the difference, they were the reason we stayed the full 3 days. They were accommodating and attentive to our many issues. It’s a decent hotel if you want the bare basics but our family won’t be staying there again. Not worth the price.

The stay was amazing my kids had a lot of fun wish the pool was open but other than that we had a great time

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to where the soccer tournament we were attending was being held at. The location was outstanding as there was so much to do very close by. The lobby area isn't the biggest. The breakfast on Saturday was great if you got there early, but they ran out of a lot of stuff toward the end. On Sunday, the breakfast buffet was about half the size that it was on Saturday so that was disappointing. Also, as the lobby is so small there were not a lot of places to sit for breakfast as the lobby is essentially where you are supposed to eat. The ice machine on the 6th floor was broken which caused a lot of issues for all the soccer kids trying to get ice. The room was very spacious and clean. My one issue in the room is the trash cans are the tiniest trash cans imaginable. Most of the time we had to put our trash next to the trash can as it would fill up with 1 item the size of a coke can.

This was a perfect hotel for my whole family. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not the fanciest place but comfy for a traveling family. Good sized rooms.
