Where is the signage for the hotel! Check in was smooth with no issues. Check in staff polite and friendly. Room clean and tidy. This was the only positive. 130am - someone’s car alarm going off outside my window for 30mins. 200am - door slamming in corridor. 230am - kids/teenagers running up and down the corridor. Breakfast, 100+rooms and only 6 tables to eat at! Wife goes to make coffee, none left! So mentions to front desk and is screamed at, “she is making it already”!

The property was very clean. They kept the coffee and lemonade full. The room was Awesome even though the coffee pot was not working. I didn't like that you couldn't enjoy the pool experience because these young kids kept diving in the pool. Were not following the rules and I just left. But My overall experience was AWESOME 👌

My family of 3 only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. What I appreciate the most was the ability for early check in. That meant A LOT! Our room was very clean. Our bathroom was stacked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was so polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious freshly made hot breakfast every morning a lot of different selections to pick from I can’t wait to take another vacation my family went for 3 days

I appreciated the front desk staff accommodating us with an early check-in considering that we were driving from New Jersey for an all-white attire baby shower. The staff made certain that there was a room ready for us to check in at 12 noon allowing for the four of us to change and promptly attend the event at 2pm.

My family and I went to visit Kings Dominion in Va and this hotel was about 25 minutes from the amusement park. The women at the front desk was very nice! Check in was fast! Room was clean and bed was confortable. Would stay here again!
