Chad was AMAZING! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we felt welcomed. Chad did so much for our family to accommodate our stay, we could not think him & his staff enough. Highly recommend this location-clean, friendly, accommodating, and professional!

I was locked out of my room and had to be let in and out by the staff like a child. The door keys for the ROOMS all did not work and one guest shared she had been there 4 days and her key had not worked the whole time. The staff were a bunch of bumbling goofs who acted like this was acceptable behavior and guest should be glad they would let them in and out.

Wish the rooms could be automatically cleaned every day but we understand Covid has changed everything. When we asked for clean towels, we had no problem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast area is kept clean. Good variety of breakfast items. Those packages of waffles are delicious and so much easier than making them yourself. We asked for a quiet room and we slept like babies. This is our third visit.
