In the puctures show that they had a pool but it wasn't open and didn't tell customer it is not open until you get there and find out, got me upset since that was the purpose of getting this hotel, had my family staying and told them there was a pool to have fun. It wasn't nice that they advertised it and couldn't use it.

I didn’t like the fact that there weren’t any rooms set aside for families that don’t want pet friendly rooms. The road that leads to the hotel is really rough. The hotel needs repairs. My room was okay but had some damages in the bathroom and the table where the phone was on had something on it that wasn’t cleaned off.

Not sure if there are elevators but we had to use stairs to get to our room on the 2nd floor, which isn’t an issue for me and my family, just fyi. The road to the hotel was rough. The stay was nice. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
