The entire first floor smelled like raw sewage. Was part of a large wedding party and was asked to keep down our conversation in the lobby and not another location for the entire family to meet up and celebrate the special occasion. Would not recommend this property and will not stay again. Asked from desk if they had any firm pillows was told all they had was the soft down and to stack them together, purchased a pillow at the local target.

Disappointed. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. The mini refrigerator didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't lock and we were with our grandchildren. A/C did not get cold, we set it at 72 degrees and probably got down to 76 at best. It looks to be a very new building, unsure why so many things not working. Also, there was no ice machine on our floor.

I wanted to love it here. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good. But the parking… THE BEDDING!! Nope. the parking was NOT it for a rainy weekend with kids. You cannot park around the property. You have to park far on the right of it and I’ve never had to park so far from a hotel in my life. Having my kids and then it storming was a nightmare. The sheets… the bedsheets were absolutely terrible! They’re so thin and small (I had queen size) and it wasn’t a big fluffy one we usually get at hotels. And I’ve stayed at a ton. The AC was on the whole entire time and noisy and COLD. No matter what I did. I’ve never had such a terrible sleeping problem in a hotel before. Unfortunately I will not be back. But the staff was the best!

We really enjoyed using the cornhole & other games in the lobby. It was quite chilly & rainy while we visited and the lobby became a great family hangout! Also, your front desk staff & breakfast staff were fabulous!

Cool vibe at this place. Nice and neat. Stylish, modern decor. Great place for families. We had young children and the bright colors and cool design made them think they were at a play place. We had quite the time keeping them off the chairs in the lobby. Overall great place.

Pretty good value for money. Decent full breakfast, new property so still clean. Best for young families and those who love dogs (LOTS of dogs staying here). Nice pool with some shade. No amenities in the room (other than big squeeze bottles of soap, shampoo) but coffee/tea in lobby and water/snacks available for purchase.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was within walking distance of stores and restaurants on the lake. Very pretty area. Would be great for my college aged kids.
