Every thing was great. From check in to breakfast to needing more towels to checking out! Saturday night they played a movie by the pool which was amazing with the kids. Can’t wait to stay again!

For a last minute stay it was perfect. It was a family 1 night get away we loved it. Only issue was toilet wasn't working properly but other than that it was a great room and hotel.

Beautiful setting for a business trip! First night was a little concerned with the kids running up and down the hall but eventually they went to bed. The hotel was clean and the gym met my needs. Loved the cafe for morning coffee. Staff friendly and attentive.

Pros: clean, spacious rooms, view of lake. Cons: tiny shower, no option for pull out couch, parking fee, breakfast is expensive. Nice walking, shopping, and dining near. Hotel accommodations for roll out bed to room for my kid no problem.

Best hotel in the area! I wish parking is free though and that there are shopping or groceries nearby. But overall very nice hotel and perfect for families!

Checked in and the lady at the front desk was not very friendly or informative. The hotel is great, our room is big and comfortable. I needed a screwdriver for a baby sound machine and the maintenance man was amazing and so nice.

Very nice, we stayed with 2 kids and absolutely loved it, the rooms very clean but bathroom was so tiny and it was hard to wash kids in there, also asked front desk for some fresh towels and they never delivered them so had to chase housekeeping and ask for some.

Sunset view over lake to Downtown Dallas was gorgeous. I called in advance to confirm restaurant was open to meet family for dinner on eve of Christmas, it was closed for private party and we had only option of eating at the bar. Which was nice as cowboys game was on, just need a few lower tables and chairs at bar area for aged family members would have been perfect. Appreciate staff working on a holiday. Early like 5 am the fire alarm went off and had to go outside, it was frozen pipes, in texas that day it was 15 degrees and Appreciate staff and fireman working out problem quick- so not outside long Christmas Day brunch was great! Nice slection, warm staff, smiling faces Will be back next year.

Beautiful facility in a cute area. Great for families or couples. Very friendly staff. Only complain was lack of snacks/food available outside of restaurants (which were often closed), including no vending machines.

My husband and I came from Houston to celebrate my grand daughter's birthday. We invited family only. 4 people to join us. One guy at the desk said we would have to have them buy tickets. I told him that this was the only reason we came there is to be with the family and swim for her birthday. He said he could not help us. The girl beside him took over and was very nice and gave us pool passes. The Hilton is a lot more expensive the the other hotels in Rockwall but because of the pool we chose them. Thank God for the other check in person. She took care of our needs. We ended up having a great day ❤️
