We checked in after 9pm, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. My kids were able to play in the pool u til 10pm. The room was fantastic! They had swan towels in our bathroom and my kids thought they were the best thing ever! We had a fantastic breakfast this morning as well. The homemade salsa was delicious with our yummy omlets!

The property is convenient when we visit family. The cleaning staff were helpful and the breakfast had a couple of items like chorizo and tacos that I haven’t seen before. Good idea. Our room had bugs and mosquitoes plus not very clean.

Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and A/C was cold. Bathroom was decent size and clean. Bed was firm, which I liked, but pillows were lumpy. Pool was decent size outside with plenty of places to sit around and watch the kiddos splash around. Weight room had a small selection and included a treadmill and an elliptical. Only downside was that the hallway smelled like weed in certain areas. We did not have a chance to eat breakfast. Good value compared to others in the area.

Stayed at this property so our girls could enjoy the pool after games. Was not advised by staff that the pool was closed until Tuesday for maintenance (we checked in on a Saturday). We later saw families in the pool.

The light in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. There were no pillows available for the pull out sofa for the kids. There was no soap whatsoever or shampoo and conditioner.

The chair that accompanied the desk was broken. It sat at it's lowest point and when I raised it to a comfortable level, it sank down again to it's lowest level. And no, I am not a fat hippo. I weigh 145 lbs. so it wasn't a weight issue. There were children running all over that hotel playing in the elevator, spilling drinks on the floors in the hallways and being loud. It was not a comfortable stay at all. The door card (key) didn't work, I had to go down again to the front desk to change it or get it activated. Not good!!

Everyone was so nice to us. We just needed to get away from the kids (grown ones), and relax to ourselves and that’s exactly what we got. Very quiet and peaceful stay, I didn’t have my confirmation with me but the desk person pulled me up in a flash and gave me my room keys with no dilly dally.

I expected connected rooms, but they don’t have. I have the kids with me for which I booked two rooms thinking they would be connected. I had to accept separate rooms across the hallway

Only in the area to visit family for the holidays, but professional, courteous staff and clean hotel made for a pleasant stay.
