We continue to stay here time after time. So clean and the staff are so friendly. The pool is very nice and my family really enjoyed it. The breakfast is great. A couple more waffle makers would be nice when they are near capacity. But overall we will always stay here. A little more pricey than the surrounding area but it’s worth it to me for the cleanliness.

We were in town to vacation with our family for 5 days. The staff was fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. There is so much to do in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area so we did not have time to enjoy the pool area but we did check it out and it’s a great pool area! The breakfast was good- standard free breakfast. Make sure not to wait until the last half hour to get your breakfast though. They stopped putting more food out before 9 am. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits.

Great stay as always. I stay at this property on vacation 2 times a year. This stay was noisy with the folks above me, kids running back and fourth, slamming doors. People with kids should be on the first floor.

Very comfy bed, slept like a baby. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast with decent hot food options. Staff very friendly. Outdoor fire-pit was great. Pool is setup for a family with kids, has water slide and fountain.
Suites are just $10/night extra, worth it IMHO. Two TV's in suite. Suite furniture uncomfortable. Desk in front of TV so if one person is watching TV and another using the desk one will block the TV.
Close to attractions and Tesla Supercharger. It would have been better if the hotel had EV charging stations, its a brand new hotel, odd they missed this amenity.

It is great place to stay with families. Quite, secured and easy access. I prefer to stay here again.
Improvement: Breakfast is not great. Specially the fruits are not fresh.

Great place to stay w family. Clean, close to all attractions without being on the main loud busy road. Friendly staff. Updated and new amenities. Standard breakfast but open until 10am, a plus for later sleepers. Would stay here again.
