We reserved a studio villa for my family, WG went beyond my expectations! The back porch we got was facing the mountains! It was a spectacular view! It was a memorable vacation for all of us!

Beautiful views, tons of activities, and friendly staff. Great place for families!

Great for families who don’t intend on staying on the property. If you intend to have the hotel be your whole stay like us, don’t go. If you want to relax by the pool, don’t go it’ll be impossible. Pools are packed. Property very crowded. The the relaxing time away from home we planned. No balcony or outside chairs at your room. We had one window the size you’d find in a bathroom. We left early!!!!!

Nice, clean, fairly new, and convient property. We arrived in the afternoon, so i assume they werent as staffed as they would be peak hours. The lodge staff member helping the family ahead of us was awesome and gave a wealth of knowlege about the area and resort. Thankfully i listened to their group as i waited over 15mins in line that was only us and them until our staff member came and assisted us. She gave us nothing for info and really had short answers for our queations like she was ready to go home or an inconvenience. Property is nice but i dont think the web sites convey enough how big the property is. There must be 100 condos on this small side of a hill with each having 6-12 units in them. Parking is pleantiful but every space fills by evening. I also would have liked to have been able to pick or have an option of where our accommodations were. There are buildings to stay at the base of the hill - and there are places to stay at the top that have great views! Ours was by the road and noisy most of the night. I will warn it is a STEEP drive up and be sure you have good breaks to drive down. 3 pools besides the waterpark all of which are quite small. House was nice and clean and lovley bedding and wonderful big heavy pillows! BIGGEST surprise was the added $30 night resort fee. It is at the bottom of expedia mentioned when i went back but you might miss that. I asked whats it for, staff saidforselfparkingREALLY

The resort was ok. Not great for the money paid for it. Everything, and I mean everything, was extra money. The water park is not included in the very high price of the hotel. The only place close to get snacks or needed items is the market in the resort that is ridiculously overpriced. The service to get around was great. They offer shuttles to take you around the resort. The other services was pretty bad, at best. We had a bed and a pullout couch for the kids with no sheets. I had to ask twice to please bring up sheets and it took over an hour at 10:30 at night. We also ran out of toilet paper and ask three times over two days to please, please, bring us TP! Other than that, it was ok.

I give Westgate a 10/10! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the local attractions were fun. Our age range was 12 to 65. There was something for everyone.

My stay was okay , the staff didn’t really know a lot of answers to my question but overall it was okay. But I will say the family style breakfast was the best breakfast I had in a while .

Super nice and family oriented resort! Definitely will be back!

Beautiful family trip for a bday. We Were all comfortable and enjoyed the property! We will definitely return to make more memories.
