The rooms were very clean, they were definitely updated recently, the free breakfast was way better than most “free hotel breakfast” they offered hot and cold options that my toddler LOVED! The view from our balcony was beautiful and so relaxing. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg or the free trolley stop is right next door.

The lady at the front desk was listening to her airpods and did not even bother to explain where to park and how to get to our room. If I only knew…. What kind of hotel this was. Dirty sheets, bad smell and just NOT for a family with kids.

Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were very nice. The road noise was pretty loud at times, but I’m a heavy sleeper so that doesn’t bother me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river. I don’t understand why they had to unpack all their boxes in the morning right before breakfast. There were probably 20 boxes thrown around the sides of the wall in the breakfast area so you had to walk around them when going to your seat from breakfast. Surely there was somewhere they could have been put during breakfast time so everyone didn’t have to navigate that. Especially our “clumsy” kids :) The breakfast area would have been really nice if it didn’t look like they had moved in and unpacked everywhere. Otherwise, the stay was nice.

Amazing hotel. Beds were a little uncomfortable for my liking but not unbearable. Shower was amazing and even had a heat light in the bathroom. Pool was 24/7 indoors which my kids loved. Close enough to downtown that you could walk if you wanted too.

The web site stated indoor pool; out of service. They neglected to put a disclaimer on site about potential of no pool or maintenance schedule. We arrived pool closed. We have 3 grandchildren and we only pool with indoor pool! During spring break and they chose to service it. No manager onsite and they had no idea when it would be up. We then had to find another hotel with now increased rates to find another room. Horrible way to start our trip. They offered no discount for a premium perk being unavailable, charged us full rate anyway; poor customer service! Shame on you Wyndham!

It was easy to find. I did not like that the neighbors on the other side of the adjoining door were noisy and obnoxious at all hours of the day and night. Their kids banged on the adjoining door and yelled through the crack early and late at night. The adults smoked heavily in their nonsmoking room. We had to put towels under the door to keep some of the smoke out of our room.

This property was more of a nicer/decent motel. The pictures and in-season pricing was a little misleading. Luckily we didn't spend a lot. The rooms were small and clean outside of some overlooks. The beds were AWFUL. Our family all had difficulty sleeping due to the hard mattresses. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay - but free so that was nice. The location is walkable to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would probably pay more elsewhere next time though.

Breakfast was delicious, beds were super comfortable and hotel was adorably decorated. Our family of two adults two teens enjoyed it with the mountain coaster directly across the street and heated indoor pool. Definitely would stay here again in the furture

Checked in around 4pm, got our stuff put into our room and left to walk the strip for about 5 hours. Came back and our hotel room door was open. I immediately called the front desk because when we left, we made it a point to check our door to ensure it was shut and locked. The guy on the phone was rude and did not care about our concern about our stuff or why our door was open. He continuously just put me on hold and said we must’ve left it open. He eventually randomly walked and showed up at our door with me still on hold on the phone. I asked if he could check cameras and he said he could not. I asked for his managers info and he told me I could go look at the plaque for her name at the front desk. I also asked when she would be working next and he said he didn’t know. He never offered a resolution of moving us to another room or anything after we repeatedly stated how uncomfortable we left that our room was very obviously walked into while we were gone. He had absolutely 0 customer service skills nor any concern for our things or our comfort of being in that room. We ended up just staying because it was late and latching the door while also pushing furniture against the door to ensure no one could get in. He was also rude upon check in like we were an inconvenience to him by arriving. I will never stay here again and have told many family/friends about our experience and they have also decided against this location for any future stays.
