My family loved Margaritaville Gatlinburg! Friendly staff, convenient location, can walk to most places. My kids loved the pool and slide, also spacious hot tub and great dining options. Oh there is a parrot!

We had a great time! The younger kids loved the pool. The teens liked the loungers in the shallow pools. Only complaint is maybe more cleaning of shallow pools, they were pretty oily. There was some red splotches/stains on our floor. But nothing major. Overall, definitely recommend!

From the cheapest mattress to childs pillows you wake up hot and as if you woke up in Thailand somewhere. The staff is laughable like boomers had exploded all over with their nasty attitudes and lack of class. The bathroom was as disgusting as a Motel from the 1970s, the room was big but poorly appointed.

The family king suite layout should have been flipped. Nothing like walking into the bedroom area to get to the living room area. No stair access to the lobby, stairs dump you outside. Shower curtain had mold on it. Bathroom wallpaper was poorly repaired.

We stayed here once before and knew we would be back. The kids love the pools and it really is so clean and refreshing.

It was pretty good, a last minute reservation for a family event. Hotel was definitely nice. Bathroom was spacious had a separate shower and bathtub, amazing pool. Nice music and bar. Close to the shops and restaurants. Didn’t even have to use my vehicle after I parked it.

They stay was wonderful. I widh we had a balcony but we didn't. I will not be booking the family suite again. Our view was a rooftop and we paid too much for that. I liked the fact it had an extra sitting room, but the down side I didn't have outdoor space. I wanted to be out drinking my coffee with a mountain view
