Great Location! Easy to walk to everything on the main strip in Gatlinburg. There is also a trolley stop right outside of the Hotel. Free Breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony facing the pool and firepit. The indoor/outdoor pool was cold but had a slide and the kids loved it. I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs at night after busy days of exploring. We also enjoyed the beautiful fire pit. Would stay again.

Overall, I had a decent stay. The property wasn't initially giving me good vibes, but I endured. My first morning there I checked out the breakfast offerings on my way out; not the best selection, but pretty typical hot & cold hotel breakfast items. I did enjoy the location! I had a little patio/balcony that overlooked the "river". I was close enough to everything, so I walked everywhere. There's a haunted fun attraction next door, so there was an ominous soundtrack playing throughout my stay, which I found entertaining. Bed & bedding was comfortable, bathroom cramped & possibly needing an update, carpet in room made me wish I had brought slippers. Pool & hot tubs were great; there's even a slide for kids. Housekeeping does not do daily room cleanings/bed making; they will do trash & towels if you leave them out in the hall. However, with that said, my last full day there, I did have a member of housekeeping walk into my room; no knock or verbal warning. So, that was uncomfortable & awkward; glad I wasn't nude or changing!!! The parking garage is tight & elevators are slow. The length of my stay + location + total price overall = really can't complain

Rooms are out dated. Pool is small not enough places to sit and relax around pool without getting soaked by kids jumping. Service was good as well as check in. Rooms were clean.

Our family just left and had a great experience!! Few things —elevators were slow, but not horrible. Just come with your southern patiences. Parking garage was everything I read about regarding tight spots but manageable with our SUV . Great location and breakfast was good. We would definitely recommend for first timers!

The rooms were dated and small but ok overall and clean. The biggest deception from the listing was the pool. It looked wonderful on the pictures which was a factor in why we chose this hotel. However, the pool was much smaller than how it looked in the pictures. The pool area was VERY dated and fairly dirty. The floors around the pool definitely need a good scrubbing or power wash. Paint and concrete was peeling off in certain areas around the pool. The kids had fun but I did not feel comfortable at the pool. The pool area was also very small with just a handful of chairs. So when we first got here, there were several people at the pool and not enough space to sit or place your things. I don’t even care not being able to sit anywhere, but there was no dry spot to place our towels and clothes on days when there were several people at the pool. The outside area of the pool did not look inviting at all. You have a view of the parking garage entrance, as well as the back side of the hotel. It looks ugly and sort of trashy. Not at all what the pictures depicted.
Other reviews mentioned the slow elevator which really was not bad at all. At peak times it takes a little longer but we never had to wait long for the elevator. Breakfast was ok. Typical continental hotel breakfast with eggs, pancakes, biscuits/gravy, cereal, bread, yogurt, and fruit.
The location itself is great as everything is in walking distance. Overall the place was ok for the price.

Excellent continental breakfast, the pool had a waterslide my kid loved, and the rooms were older but nice.

Perfect hotel for family vacation. Right by the strip where almost anything you need or want is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Pool area is nice and clean. This will definitely be our go to spot if we ever go back to Gatlinburg, TN!

First impression front desk for check in the lady don't look at me and don't even say welcome, I ask " I have a reservation" she looks at me and says WHAT, I looked at her and says again I have a reservation, she looks at me and says do you say do you have a reservation, she looks unpleasant to see me ( maybe because I'm Latino) North sure, the 2 day we where in the hotel someone was smoking weed in their rooms both days at night, I have kids and was unpleasant, the cleaning crew was exceptional everyone we talk was nice and friendly that was the best part of the hotel.
