Stay was good overall for a large family. Bedding was missing but the staff was quick to remedy this. The breakfast was average for a free breakfast and the coffee was good. For the price and service I would highly recommend.

Description indicates full kitchen which is not even close to accurate. Don’t plan on cooking! With a family of 6 we try to economize whenever possible. Got to the room to find a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Absolutely no way of cooking actual food as a full kitchen would indicate. We noticed a sticker stating we could ask the front desk for a plug in cook top. Got that an d it came with a small fry pan (small for like a single egg). There was another small fry pan in the room. Again that’s not “full” kitchen accommodations. We had to go to Walmart to buy our own sauce pans to even begin to cook anything. Also, we got in our room to find barely a quarter roll of toilet paper and only enough towels for 4 even though our room is a 6 person occupancy. Had to go back to the front desk to get those supplies especially since room service is only every other day. Which I don’t know about other people but in 90degree summer days, I prefer to shower daily. So I did have to go and ask fire more wash cloths the second night. Everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. But the description is seriously misleading and I was not happy about spending even more money on things what should have been provided.

Disappointed in the listing on Hotels.com. The listing makes it seem like there is a water park in this hotel, only to find out it’s in the adjoining hotel and you can PAY to go to it each day. I made sure and double checked with my husband that everything I was reading was correct before booking that the water park was included in our stay and was at our hotel. My kids were disappointed to say the least. We went for usual tourist attractions so a pool would have been nice to relax at in the evenings but I can justify paying $30 for the water park for a couple hours. Had I known, I would have stayed somewhere else that had a pool. The room was nice but the pull out bed was dirty. As well as the sheets had stains on them.

Great place to stay, especially for families. Clean, big rooms. Easy access to/from I-90. Have stayed here multiple times and always try to stay here when in the area.

Very noisy and running in halls with pets constantly. Would not have roomed there had I known it was a family waterpark destination.

Our room was so hot and the air conditioner wasn’t working. It made it impossible for us to sleep. Not a good way to set the family out for a day of sight seeing, so it made our day pretty rough.

Nice place for the price. Just a heads up, not a quiet place with all the waterpark activity. If you're not there for that or have kids, you probably won't be happy. They don't put water bottles in the room, which isn't a huge deal, but is an easy little thing they could do to increase customer satisfaction. Room wasn't super clean when we showed up. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and food on the floor. The free breakfast is complete garbage. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Perkins, or one of the many awesome breakfast spots in town. Overall though, worth it for a cheap place to stay and the water park was fun for the kids.

We've stayed here before several times and love the spacious rooms and breakfasts. The room cleanliness was not as good this time as has been in the past: dishes in dishwasher not clean, child's sticky ball behind the tv that was missed, and seemed as if the floor has not been swept.

I will no longer be staying at home 2 suites in rapid city due to trust and integrity of the employees. When we got on the highway to leave town my wife realized that she had forgot a blanket and pillow in the room. Rather than turn around we decided to just call and have them set aside for family to pick up for us. When we called they claimed to not have found our possesions. I dont see how this is possible due to the fact we were the only people in the room. Pillow was a more expensive purple brand, not a big deal can be replaced. The blanket on the other hand was very important it was gifted to my wife from her grandmother before she passed. She is very upset and now we can not trust this establishment.

We arrived late on a Thursday but the person who check us in was chill and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious room. My children enjoyed the space. I was pleased that it was connected to Watiki water park! It was so easy to find our way to the water park and get our bracelets. My children wanted snacks and they had some at the front desk. The shower was amazing. the water pressure was enjoyable. It was always warm and comfortable. I hope to stay again.
