Good hotel. Check in was easy, the rooms were large and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and my kids loved them. There are some food options around the hotel and it's right by Watiki.

Tub needs better non skid surface decals. And we only had 4 very small pillows for king bed. Otherwise room was fine for an overnight stay.

The front desk staff went out of their way to assist me and my family. The business office was unavailable and I had to rely on the service staff to print my documents and they were more than willing to assist with a smile like they really enjoy being my personal assistant. And that was for the entire stay. The breakfast was average based on other hotels. The room, lobby, and halls was needing some repairs, paint mostly looking worn and not well kept. The food area was cramped and hard to maneuver with other guest.

I would not recommend staying here! First room my family was put in smelled of mold and mildew, so we asked to switch rooms. We were than put into a smaller room that the ac didn’t work in. The pool area was also very dirty and unsafe!

Pool was a little smaller than expexted but my kiddos still enjoyed it. They had a decent variety for breakfast! Elevator was sketchy. It seemed like they were doing repairs to it, but didnt work well. Front staff was friendly.

Anyone living in a 20 mile radius is required to pay $250 deposit for accidental damages. That was not listed on the website when we purchased the room. I also inspected the room when we got inside. Poor house keeping. Beer bottle caps, cups and a dog toy underneath the bed from previous family. The chair had dry food and crumbs underneath the cushion and the seat inside the shower was about to fall off. Worst place to stay for the amount I spent.

This is a wonderful hotel, very family friendly! Ellisa Fauth and her staff were AWESOME, and the rooms are beautiful!! Very much enjoyed my stay, would come back again and again!

The stay was excellent! i love the rooms quiet huge and clean! everything about our stay was nice i would recommend to all my family friends and followers to come here.
