Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

Helpful staff. Couldnt find an ice machine on our floor so had to ho down to 1st floor. Thoughtful little things for families like a no slip pad for bath. Entry door was a little difficult to close.

I called ahead of time to confirm they could accommodate 5 people. When arriving they could not and one of my family members had to sleep on the floor.

Easy access from the interstate and roomy spaces for a small family. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Suite was large and comfortable for all the family. Nicely updated. Breakfast options were nice. Only downfall is the pool area is kind of small so multiple people cant swim T once

We had a great stay! The rooms were nicely updated, the pool area was small but enough space for the kids to play, and the customer service for the most part was great!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and nice. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast was good, the only thing i wish they would of had is bacon, I'm not a fan of sausage and that's what they had the entire time of our stay, it never changed. The lady who does breakfast was amazing! She was on top of keeping everything stocked up and cleaning tables as soon as they were available. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Unfortunately, we were in a room that had both a malfunctioning air conditioner unit and malfunctioning phone. Additionally, the staff member we met on our arrival seemed to have difficulty finding our reservation. Fortunately, the window in the room opened enough to let a breeze into the room. However, my biggest complaint was that that the lobby was heavily decorated for "pride month". This is an establishment that advertises that it is family friendly. I'm not there trying to express my politics to other hotel guest and staff. I'd appreciate it if the staff kept the their controversial politics to themselves rather than put it in front of my young children. Next time we're in the area, we'll find another establishment.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Plus they have great room options for larger families with two Queen beds and a pullout couch.
