Booked several weeks in advance for connecting rooms for our family. Despite confirmed, not a available when we arrived. Saturday night and the lobby bar was closed by 10:30. Not good.

Had hot and cold experience with the front desk. One person was great, and the next day someone else was quite rude and unhelpful. Can easily hear sound from neighboring rooms. Location is pretty good near bars/restaurants. Sort of in a seedy area, wouldn't recommend for families. I will personally look to stay somewhere else my next trip to Pittsburgh.
