Would have been an excellent stay had we not been up all night listening to kids running the halls and another person knocking on their room door to get in. Other than that the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Nice, large rooms. Good for families. Only complaint was that cleaning service not provided each day even though I specifically requested it. Wish hotels would get back to that instead of trying to economize by blaming things on Covid. Good breakfast, nice and helpful staff otherwise. Convenient to many things downtown.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh! The rooms were spacious, had a vaulted ceiling, and some exercise equipment (e.g., yoga mat, exercise bands). The hotel was quiet, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and my kids liked the ping-pong table in the games room. There were lots of lounge-areas in the hotel so you could hang out in areas other than your room. A great stay overall!

Bed was super comfortable!!! Slept like a baby! Only stayed for 1 and half nights for concert. Convenient-right in downtown Pittsburgh.... my only complaint is its a huge hassle to find parking garage. Especially at night. With all the one way streets

I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff was totally incompetent. If someone is training I completely understand but all three employees”helping” us have us wrong the wrong parking address so we ended up parking half a mile away, had to pay way more, and walk to and from the hotel with our bags and young kids. But the worst part was the “manager” was incredibly rude to us, actually escalated rather than de-escalated the situation. I’ve never witnessed anything like it. Truly terrible and the incompetence took so long at check in we were late for our event. Really stressful and really disappointing. Please don’t stay there if you have other options. They don’t deserve your business.
