The hotel was clean and centrally located. I was visiting Pittsburgh with my 2 young children (10 and 6). The room was large and accommodated the three of us well. The staff was very kind and helpful. I always enjoy Kimpton hotels and and this was no different.

The hotel was exceptionally tidy, and the beds provided a comfortable sleeping experience. I admired the room's aesthetics. However, one notable absence was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Evidence of moisture damage was visible on the lights/lamps due to the shower. I appreciated the cocktail hour upon arrival, especially the generosity with the wine, but I wished they offered complementary snacks like pre-packaged nuts and chips to accompany it. I absolutely adored the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the morning. An earlier check-in option would be greatly appreciated, and a noon check-out would be more convenient for many travelers, especially those who had late nights or families with children.

No food to be found in our near the hotel before 8:30AM (not even room service). Not great if you have an early start to your day. Coffee service in the hotel starts at 6AM. No hot chocolate, nothing for kids. Also asked for tooth brush and toothpaste when I checked in because my daughter forgot hers and they never brought it. Service meh.

Quick Burgh visit to see family friends. Perfect place to entertain and get to local destinations. Kids had an amazing time as well. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Got a larger suite for family of 4 for a long weekend of football in town. Got a roll away for my daughter and son slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Wife and I had lots of space between the living room and bedroom. Bathroom was between the two and had a large shower and huge bathtub that the kids loved. Got room service a few times. It’s not brought with china but rather to go type containers. Restaurant downstairs was great. We had a cocktail party there for a birthday celebration. Ate there for breakfast too and it was great.

The Monaco always takes care of us! This time around we had two kids in two and the staff had a pack and play, a crib, and a baby bottle fridge already placed in our hotel room! Always love staying here when we are in Pittsburgh

For the level of hotel, it lacks quite a bit in its amenities. We had a beautiful corner room with two queen beds. That’s where the positives stop. The room had only 2 large towels for 4 guests (2 adults, 2 kids). 2 hand towels/face towels. There was no coffee maker. In room dining is very limited. We ordered take out from the restaurant downstairs. The Salmon was undercooked and flavorless. The burger was extremely greasy and sloppy. This is our first time at this property and will definitely be our last. I hope ours is an isolated experience and that management can address these things for future guests.

Beautiful hotel. My room was lovely. However, I like the temperature in my room to be on the cool side. I could not adjust the thermostat. It was locked. Unfortunately, that made for a difficult sleep. The room next to mine clearly had numerous children. Incredibly loud. They were clearly playing and having a grand time. I was envious. However, after 11pm, it would have been nice to sleep as I had a long drive and long day. I did not complain to the front desk because the kids were obviously having an amazing time. I would suggest a white noise machine as that would be a less expensive option to insulating the walls. Otherwise, the hotel was quite impressive.
