We drove 6 hours from New Jersey as a family to see the Sebastian Maniscalco Show. Our room was very nice, however, there were not enough clean towels, or toilet paper or tissues, and the bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty. We rented a suite for 5 people and were only given water enough for two. we made due, but were a bit disappointed.

We chose here for our annual weekend away without kids and normal life duties. We absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The food was pretty food too. Had a great weekend.

Family stay 3 nights, 2 adults, 3 kids. We had a suite. The view was great. The first night we arribed we used the valet parking for $42. The rest of the time we used the $5 parking RIGHT across the street from the hotel.
The hotel was very conveniently located, we walked most of the time. Is safe. Clean, pool was a hit for the kid.
Can’t complaint.

Nice building and rooms. It would be awesome if small children (under 10) were not allowed at the cocktail hour.

Not a family friendly hotel. Not your typical downtown city hotel. The front of the hotel is very unassuming. You don’t even know where it is. We drive around the block because we didn’t think we were in the right place. The check in and lobby are on the 25th floor! The rooms are located on 15th - 24 floor. The elevators are operated by your hotel key. Elevators are small. Hotel is very claustrophobic. Hallways are small and ceilings low. The area around the hotel is unsafe for families. We walked to ball park and home and there are many homeless and people on drugs. We did see a couple police officers. Many beggars as well. Very sad. No restaurants around hotel. The breakfast was okay. Under supplied and under staffed. We booked this hotel on Expedia because we wanted to walk to PNC Park. We did and it was a 10-15 minute walk. I do NOT recommend. We will not stay again. Most of the old building that the hotel is located in is offices. I do not recommend!!!

The hotel is gorgeous and the area is fine. But it is very pricey, and we had some issues. First there is no parking. You are required to valet at $40/night. Second, the pool was closed for our stay. Traveling with kids, we always book properties with pools, so having it closed was a huge disappointment. And at this price point one expects amenities. Also, the food at the cocktail reception was gone. There were a few cheese cubes and nothing else, and no one refilled anything. Overall the place was overpriced and disappointing.

My family had a great experience. They did find it odd to check in on the 25th floor, but otherwise very pleased.
