Most disappointing was no free internet. Areas around property wasn’t feeling safe for families. Breakfast buffet was good, was a little on expensive side, but good quality.

This is a ( multiple) return visit when we visit our children. The staff is welcoming and professional. The location is ideal for getting in and out of the city. The facility is clean - restaurant ( especially breakfast) offers the same professional friendly and professional service - and multiple options.

Stayed one night in 2 connecting rooms. Rooms large and spacious. Poor wall insulation makes for sleepless night as you can hear guests in hallway and next door. They do have a white noise tv station that helps dim noise somewhat Rooms are a bit worn but didn’t detract from our stay at all Check in and out very easy and welcoming We had a minor fender bender (not by the hotel staff in anyway but by a hit and run) and security, Alton, was very helpful and spent quite a long time helping us with our report. He was very calming and reassuring especially since we were with our two young grandkids We’ll go back

Amber took a really good tear our family when I needed a second day. Then there’s Erica she helped me to get out of the hotel as quick as we could when we found out my son had Covid. I did not want anybody to get sick. She was so nice.

Hotel is beautiful but room looked half thrown together, the bed skirts were not arranged so you could see the frame under. No children's menu for food

We go to Pittsburgh every year at Christmas and it is always so fun to see families dressed in their Christmas best taking pictures in the beautifully decorated lobby. The reception staff was very polite and professional. Always a nice time at the historical Omni!

We checked in an hour early. It took about 30 seconds. They gave our kids little activity backpacks which were super cute. There are several restaurants on site along with a Starbucks. Close walking to everything down town. My only complaint is that the room smells musty, almost like cigarette smoke. And it’s not quite as clean as I expected for a high end hotel. There is toothpaste on the comforter.

Nice hotel but there are not many amenitirs. You have to pay extra for wifi. No pool for kids. Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom from the floor above. Left for hours only to come back to a room that was not taken care of. Had to park in a parkade across the street. Pricing not bad for a weekend, $12. I've stayed in a Holiday Inn Express that was nicer. Free breakfast, free parking, nicer bathrooms, nicer rooms, and a nice pool for the kids
