Best Western Pier Point Inn

Amazing breakfast and beautiful view. Perfect size pool for kids indoors and warm. Rooms are a little tight but very clean with a ceiling fan. Love it

Parking is tricky in the narrow lot. The staff and breakfast were fantastic. Wish the pool area had an adult only time as the hot tubs were overrun by kids. Beautiful views.

The room we got was joining with another person(2). They were smoking in their room and it came into our room. Complained to manager on duty, but they di not have another room to offer. The facility had other strong odor. Not good for people with asthma or allergies. Interrupted our sleep and me and my family were very tired. Almost missed breakfast. Asked for later check out, but denied. We have stayed at this facility in the past and liked it, but not this time.

The room was nice, beds comfortable, balcony with great view… but the staff was fantastic. Every single employee was great, friendly with good attitudes. Our family appreciated it very much.

My family loved the breakfast, especially the omelet made to order. The beds were very comfortable. We needed an elevator to the second floor and there wasn't one.

Great spot for us to stay. Property was very clean, staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend, great for families!

I booked this trip to visit family that would be in Florence. I broke my ankle the night before and spent the evening in tbe ER. I ended up being in a splint and on crutches. My stay was nonrefundable (nearly $300 a night) so I went. There were no rooms available on the ground floor and there were stairs to EVERYTHING!. After 30 minutes of trying to get to my room (no parking available near my room), i spent the next 20 minutes crying from pain and exhaustion. What hotel has multi levels with no elevator? I would have liked to have enjoyed my trip but it was miserable. Spending $300 a night to experience such misery made it worse.

My family stayed here and we had my husband's large truck with a flat bed trailer full of quads. We were worried about parking but the hotel has space set up for trailers and over flow parking just in case. The staff watch the parking lot well and even made sure no one parked in front of the trailer when we detached to go into Old Town for dinner. The view is beautiful and the breakfast is a great spread. Staff are very friendly and accomidating. The indoor pool/spa was popular with many guests, but we didnt use it. It is a SHORT drive to great resteraunts in Old Town or over to the Dunes. The rooms are nice and quiet with a fridge and microwave, though you can tell they will need some touch-ups soon just from normal wear and tear. I would stay here again and recommend it to my family and friends. If traveling with a trailer full of toys though, we were advised to chain up/lock down because there are people who have sticky fingers in the middle of the night over there. But that is the area in general and not specific to the arra the hotel is in.
